The Baldwin Strong Initiative is a dedicated effort to ensure that the town of Baldwin, Florida—a vital yet long-neglected part of Jacksonville—is no longer overlooked in city planning, development, and resource allocation. This initiative will directly address decades of underinvestment, lack of representation, and disproportionate infrastructure challenges faced by Baldwin residents.

To invest in the physical, economic, and civic infrastructure of Baldwin while restoring trust, communication, and fairness between Baldwin and the City of Jacksonville.
Key Pillars of the Baldwin Strong Initiative
1. Infrastructure Equity Plan
- Pave the Roads: Accelerate the assessment and paving of all major unpaved and deteriorated roads in Baldwin.
- Stormwater & Sewage Improvements: Conduct a full infrastructure audit of storm drainage, sewage, and water systems to address chronic issues and prepare for future development.
- Sidewalk & Streetlight Installation: Ensure walkability, safety, and mobility for residents—especially children and seniors.
2. Smart & Supported Development
